Founded in Ramallah in 1999, Al-Ghassan Information Systems designs and delivers software for government, municipal, and enterprise operations — combining domain knowledge, engineering, integration, and long-term support.
We began by building business and municipal systems for organizations that needed their accounting, revenue, and administrative work to run on software rather than paper. Over time, the same work grew in scale and complexity — from single departments to whole institutions, and from single institutions to platforms shared across the public sector.
Today our strongest work is in public financial management, citizen-facing and internal municipal systems, government payroll, revenue management, budgeting, and asset operations — alongside the integration, data migration, deployment, and support that make those systems usable in practice.
Built through more than 25 years of work in complex public-sector and municipal environments in Palestine, our solutions and engineering approach can be adapted to different institutional, regulatory, and operational contexts.
