Ministry of Local Government / municipal sector
Municipal Budgeting Portal
A central Ministry of Local Government portal that standardizes municipal budget and financial submissions — including trial-balance data — and supports validation, central review, approval, status tracking, and consolidated reporting.
Context
Municipalities previously submitted budgets and financial data to the Ministry in different formats, and the Ministry consolidated and reviewed them manually. This slowed the review cycle and made comparison across local authorities difficult. Al-Ghassan delivered the central portal through which municipalities submit standardized budget and financial data and the Ministry reviews, notes, approves, and monitors it.
